The agreement between you and Boanerges Holdings for using Intellio.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Boanerges Holdings, registered in Mozambique (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of Intellio (the “Service”).
If your school has a separate agreement with Boanerges Holdings governing its use of Intellio, that agreement governs the school’s relationship with us; these Terms govern your individual use of the app as a student, parent, teacher, or school administrator.
You do not sign up for Intellio yourself. Your account is created and managed by your school as part of its enrollment or staffing process. Your school is responsible for:
If you believe your account information is wrong, or that you should no longer have access, contact your school first.
We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms, at our discretion or at your school’s request.
Messages, posts, and other content you create through Intellio while using a school-issued account are part of your school’s records and belong to your school, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You retain no separate ownership claim over this content once created through the Service, except as your school’s own policies may provide.
You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it — for example, photos you post should not violate someone else’s rights or your school’s code of conduct.
Intellio includes an in-app AI assistant (“Larry”) and other automated features, such as AI-suggested comments and translation. These are provided for convenience and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — use judgment before relying on AI-generated content for anything important, and your school retains final responsibility for grades, comments, and records it publishes.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app — see our Privacy Policy for details on what deletion does and does not remove. Deletion requests are reviewed by your school administrator, or by Boanerges Holdings if you are a school administrator yourself.
We aim to keep Intellio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access — the Service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boanerges Holdings disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
